I am also a clinical nutritionist specializing in integrative nutrition and a health and wellness coach who takes a whole person' strengths-based approach. In addition to extensive education in working with eating disorders, I have had significant training in mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, self-hypnosis, and personality type.
