Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lauren Oestmann. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Lauren is perfect at exploring my past and traumas, she's excellent at guiding our conversations where I would never think of going; discovering stuff about my past and even myself that I never knew or would think of. She's very understanding and caring, she's never gone anywhere I don't want to and always asks if I want to talk about whatever sensitive topic might arise. Lauren is my first ever therapist, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I’ve always been able to reach Lauren in between our sessions. She remembers details and I never have to retell a story. Her knowledge from her previous career experiences has allowed her to provide me with comforting insight. I was worried about disliking virtual but with Lauren it feels the same as in person. She pays great attention and remembers all the crazy pieces of my life. She allows time for us to talk about each topic in a session. She’s validated my feelings while also telling me how to work on parts of myself. I feel like I’m in great hands.

Lauren is a fantastic listener and provides good advice that makes me consider my behavior and actions, but I never feel like she shames or judges me. Overall, a great experience.

She’s truly amazing. So happy we found her. The best therapist I’ve worked with.

I’ve only had one session, but Lauren listened to everything I said and can’t wait to have more sessions in the future!

Soooo understanding. You can spell out all your shortcomings and she’ll show you how to still love yourself despite it all. She’s the best.
