Dr. Massac has shown great passion for his teachings and therapeutic techniques, and has a great respect for taking time to understand the problems of his clients. He's helped me through numerous dark times of my life over the last couple years, and always helps me to see things in a more clear light. I owe so much of my recent personal growth to Dr. Massac.
I spent 2 months of counseling with Dr. Massac. He has helped me with boundaries by the notes he sent me. I’ve become more aware of how to put boundaries with all my relationships. Dr. Massac is calm, good listener, and easy to get along with.
To all who may be seeking guidance or support, feeling a bit lost, or "off" for a moment, maybe you surprised yourself or loved ones with sudden "strange" behavior out of your comfort zone, if you're here, you've taken a huge step in the right direction. I found myself in a spot where I thought that over drinking, binge drinking, was an answer, a solving path. That I could handle it, people wouldn't notice, I really didn't care. But at my lowest moment, I realized it was a symptom of a deeper subject than drinking I didn't want to own. Low self esteem, depression, anxiety, longer list to be sure. All balled up into one big tangled chain with no path to make it whole and full and untangled again.
When I decided to ask for help, a friend mentioned "Better help". I think it was kinda new at the time.
It was karma that helped me find Dr. Massac. This was 15 months ago. I knew that binge-acts didn't help anything, but I needed help to stop the punishing acts, take a wider look at my world, and re-focus-on / create my purpose. Dr. Yogi (Massac) was able to help me see a better way. I'm struggling to not have this sound like an advertisement. It is all really true. No BS.
I have quit smoking, 18 months, cut back on the drink. Not without a stumble or two, enhanced my 25 year plus marriage relationship, become more self confident, and have found a true friend and mentor in "Doc'. I can call him Doc these days. I might suggest you stick with Doctor Massac until you, too, have received the benefits of his wisdom and support. I have experienced higher daily productivity, which supports and encourages confidence and energy, better physical health, better relationships with all around me, and have found purpose again.
Next steps for me are greater daily productivity, reintroducing regular yoga activities into my life and with friends, bringing joy to others, accepting joy from others, and not dwelling on the dark, but seeking the light... Try it... he's that good... Namaste.
I was close to giving up on therapy for good after 1 therapist blew up on me and 1 other therapist was unprofessional in approaches. "Maybe I'm too difficult for therapy", I thought... Until Dr. Massac was presented in my life. After therapy with Dr. Massac for 2 weeks on issues concerning social anxiety, people pleasing, low self-esteem, past family trauma, depression, and anxiety - I felt more stable in the head and it was as if the weight of negativity was lifted off my shoulders. He helped me find sanity and inspired me to get out of my comfort zone in order to live life again. People around me were noticing the positive changes as well which shows how impactful his consoling is. Thank you so much Dr. Massac! If you're serious about wanting to change yourself for the better, you won't be disappointed.

My situation is complicated and as such, I've had difficulty connecting with a counselor. After six times of "failed" attempts at therapy, I found Dr. Massac. I'm glad I gave therapy another shot. He's knowledgeable, kind, and spiritually aware. I recommend him to anyone looking to heal and embark on their own personal journey of self-realization.

Dr Massac has been very helpful in guiding me towards better life practices to remedy my depression. He is also quick to respond via text and offers Saturday appointments.
Upfront, laid back, easy to talk to.
Dr. Massac and I have only recently begun our work together and I never expected to have trust in him so quickly. Therapy is a two way street, you have to put in the efforts to make a change and he gives you insights, knowledge, advise, or whatever you need, plus he adapts to give you what will help you specifically and he makes it extremely easy for you to put in that effort and grow. He acknowledges everything you have to say and feel, he not only listens without judgment he offers real advise and tools to help you be the best you, and if you do not know how to apply those tools he guides you and gives you examples as to where and how to apply them to the issues you are facing. I have always dreaded talking to a therapist or got anxious before therapy session but he has made a trusting environment for me that I look forward to being in. He doesnt have a cure, because there is no cure, but from everything I've been through in my life I honestly believe this man can help me overcome those hardships I've lived through and replay, he can help me change all those negative thoughts I've told myself my whole life into positive thoughts. He has helped me grow and I'm not one to believe these post or trust them because my first thought is "they dont know what I'm going through" and maybe I dont but Dr. Massac does or will do his best to help if you work with him. He is my third or fourth therapist to be matched with just on here and If I could I would go back and tell myself to find this man sooner.
Dr. Massac is very personal. He keeps our sessions light and calm while still helping me talk about my bigger issues going on. I felt like I was having conversations rather than an interrogation. He did not give me any judgements on my situations but helped support me.
Dr. Massac has a way of seeing directly to the core issues. Even with just a few words from me, he understands the bigger threads in my life, and has recommendations that go to the heart of the problems.
Dr. Massac is a good listener and gives valuable insight about my problems. He helps me see things in a different perspective and gives me the information I need to make better decisions. I appreciate that he is always on time too.

Dr. Massac is a kind and trustworthy counselor. He is patient and offers real solutions to difficult situations. His experiences are relevant and you can tell he knows what he is talking about.
Dr. Massac has really been a great help to me in such a short time period. He has put me in a forward direction and gives me advice on what I need to do to get my mindset to a healthy place. It's working! I am in so much in a better space on a daily basis. I like that you can text your counselor at anytime through your room. Even if I don't use regularly, I know it is available and gives me confidence that I know I have a "life line" to go to if I need advise right away due to daily situations that can happen in life. Thank you Dr. Massac!
I've been working with Dr Massac for about a month and I can say, he was definitely a great match. He's professional, always replies as soon as possible and fun. As I'm going through a delicate moment of changes and decisions in my life, he's proved to be extremely helpful and attentive.
In fact, I've worked with a number of different therapists before, but none of them could compare to him in wisdom and experience. Thanks to his unbiased and unprejudiced mindset, I found him to be very open-minded and understanding. He will patiently read and listen to each of your concerns and address them in a decisive and balanced way.
That's also possible thanks to his wide knowledge in different fields and his varied background. Depending on each different circumstance and need, he's able to offer help in a versatile way, ranging from practical tips, that you can easily implement in your daily life, to firm words of guidance and wise encouragement.
Through his guidance, I was able to hugely improve my physical, mental and spiritual life harmoniously, while overcoming troublesome moments of crisis. I'm both grateful and excited to work with him on this journey of self-improvement.
