Dr. Massac has shown great passion for his teachings and therapeutic techniques, and has a great respect for taking time to understand the problems of his clients. He's helped me through numerous dark times of my life over the last couple years, and always helps me to see things in a more clear light. I owe so much of my recent personal growth to Dr. Massac.

I spent 2 months of counseling with Dr. Massac. He has helped me with boundaries by the notes he sent me. I’ve become more aware of how to put boundaries with all my relationships. Dr. Massac is calm, good listener, and easy to get along with.

To all who may be seeking guidance or support, feeling a bit lost, or "off" for a moment, maybe you surprised yourself or loved ones with sudden "strange" behavior out of your comfort zone, if you're here, you've taken a huge step in the right direction. I found myself in a spot where I thought that over drinking, binge drinking, was an answer, a solving path. That I could handle it, people wouldn't notice, I really didn't care. But at my lowest moment, I realized it was a symptom of a deeper subject than drinking I didn't want to own. Low self esteem, depression, anxiety, longer list to be sure. All balled up into one big tangled chain with no path to make it whole and full and untangled again.

When I decided to ask for help, a friend mentioned "Better help". I think it was kinda new at the time.
It was karma that helped me find Dr. Massac. This was 15 months ago. I knew that binge-acts didn't help anything, but I needed help to stop the punishing acts, take a wider look at my world, and re-focus-on / create my purpose. Dr. Yogi (Massac) was able to help me see a better way. I'm struggling to not have this sound like an advertisement. It is all really true. No BS.

I have quit smoking, 18 months, cut back on the drink. Not without a stumble or two, enhanced my 25 year plus marriage relationship, become more self confident, and have found a true friend and mentor in "Doc'. I can call him Doc these days. I might suggest you stick with Doctor Massac until you, too, have received the benefits of his wisdom and support. I have experienced higher daily productivity, which supports and encourages confidence and energy, better physical health, better relationships with all around me, and have found purpose again.

Next steps for me are greater daily productivity, reintroducing regular yoga activities into my life and with friends, bringing joy to others, accepting joy from others, and not dwelling on the dark, but seeking the light... Try it... he's that good... Namaste.

I was close to giving up on therapy for good after 1 therapist blew up on me and 1 other therapist was unprofessional in approaches. "Maybe I'm too difficult for therapy", I thought... Until Dr. Massac was presented in my life. After therapy with Dr. Massac for 2 weeks on issues concerning social anxiety, people pleasing, low self-esteem, past family trauma, depression, and anxiety - I felt more stable in the head and it was as if the weight of negativity was lifted off my shoulders. He helped me find sanity and inspired me to get out of my comfort zone in order to live life again. People around me were noticing the positive changes as well which shows how impactful his consoling is. Thank you so much Dr. Massac! If you're serious about wanting to change yourself for the better, you won't be disappointed.
