My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, relationship concerns, behavioral challenges, and substance use. I also have experience supporting adolescents who are struggling with peer pressure, school-related concerns, emotional regulation, and rebuilding trust within their families.
