Linda Alcala, LMFT
About me
Life's events shape how we respond to circumstances and view ourselves and the world. I want to help you overcome trauma and regain your strength. Through our therapeutic relationship, we'll work together to heal from past and current stressors, identify triggers, build self-awareness, acquire healthy coping skills, and decrease symptoms.
I use different therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. My priority is creating a safe place for you during the most vulnerable moments in your life, where healing can truly begin.
I work with tweens, adolescents, adults, older adults, and Spanish-speaking clients facing complex trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, single parenting, co-parenting challenges, divorce, separation, family adjustments, and terminal illness. I'm passionate about this work and understand these struggles firsthand.
I create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable talking openly about the struggles and challenges disrupting your life. You can share your story without fear of judgment.
I work collaboratively with you to find the right treatment plan and goals. Together we'll work to meet those goals and get you to the place you want to be in life.
