About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over ten years experience working with adults, children and families. I have experience working with many different populations and diagnostic presentations. I have a personal interest in working with parents who are struggling to manage challenging parent child dynamics and young adults adapting to change. Depression, anger, anxiety and psychological assessment are areas of expertise.

Taking the time to find a therapist who is a good fit is essential for a productive therapy experience. My clients find me engaging, warm and collaborative. I find change to be attainable within an environment that fosters respect, empathy and curiosity. I utilize many different therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral strategies, solution focused strategies and psychodynamic approaches. Changing maladaptive behavior patterns, learning to manage stress and developing problem solving strategies are at the forefront of my work. Therapy can be beneficial to individuals experiencing a crisis, going through a life transition, or simply trying to improve an overall sense of well being.
