I have over 7 years experience in mental health counseling having worked with a variety of clients and client concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment, career challenges and parenting issues. I have experience in both the private practice and the college setting.
A native of the Cleveland area, I earned my associates degree at a local community college before going on to Bowling Green State University for a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from John Carroll University.
I have a passion for helping others and working with clients to use their history and experiences to guide them to a better future. Lindsey has been the best therapist I have ever had! I love how she had me fill out a goal sheet of what I wanted to accomplish. In 2 sessions, I accomplished and had one of the biggest “aha” moments with her and that specific session has helped me so much in how I view situations with anyone.
