Lisa is a wonderful listener. She helps you work out whatever you bring to her. I've changed my focus multiple times and Lisa moves with me so that I always feel like I'm talking about what's most important. She helps you process and get to the root of emotions. She never pushes too hard but keeps a safe space for you to grow.

I absolutely love my therapist. It’s been a game changer for my life. I also love the app. It’s been very convenient for me to book. I recently just did a whole podcast and had one of my friends sign up because that’s how much I love it.
