I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 17 years and have worked in many different types of community services such as Geropsych, Hospice, Inpatient Psych and now working with Domestic Violence survivors and their alleged offenders - adults and children through the military. I’m also trained as a Forensic Child Interviewer. I’m well versed in personality disorders and mood disorders, along with aging and marital issues. I consider myself a Behavioral Therapist and use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as the main mode of therapy, but also use Mindfulness and Solutions Focused Therapy. I work a full time face to face job, Monday- Friday and work through BetterHelp part time Sunday - Thursday nights after hours, so I have limited availability, but I am consistent and respond to each and every person that responds 5 days a week. I absolutely love what I do and I look forward to meeting you, working with you and supporting you through the process of positive changes in your life!

Lisa has been an absolute blessing. She is consistently reaching out with check-ins each week or if I'm struggling in something in particular. Always available to schedule a call, and consistently fast at email responses. She is hands down the best therapist I've ever had, and I am so grateful in having her as my therapist.

Only three words. I love her! I have been to a few different counselors through the years. Some marital as well as some for my own issues. Lisa is really so far above the others in many ways. She listens, she absorbs all that you tell her. Even little things will be brought up in a different way and you know she really was listening to YOU and working on your issues, not her own or other clients’ issues. She suggests, but does not push different ways of looking at life and better ways of responding to certain known triggers. She does not talk down to you in any way. I would love to set my keurig on constant brew and have a long talk with her someday. Who knows, maybe I will if we ever have time at the same time.
