I really enjoy the energy and wisdom Lisa brings to our sessions. She has a great way of guiding the session to topics and exercises that are very beneficial for me. After every session I feel like I have uncovered something that I’m able to take away and work on. A lot of “a-ha!” moments.

Lisa Travis-Johnson is very supportive and never comes across as judging. She's helping me to understand that just because someone says or you think something negative or anxiety inducing about yourself doesn't make it true! She helps with handling trauma. I've got a long road ahead of me but she is definitely helping me. I'm hopeful.

Lisa listens to me about my current problems and then discusses reasons and ways to move forward. She assigns me work to do online which helps me understand my current feelings. She has recommended books and other articles to read. She is very ubeat, kind and encouraging.
