About me

Hi. My name is Lisa Wing. I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor in Maine with over 20 years of real-world experience working with a diverse clientele in many different roles. I have worked with people from all walks of life, including young adults, adults, veterans, and those in the LGBTQ community.
In addition to my professional experience, I have received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, DBT, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, PTSD, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have been a licensed clinician for the past six years and have developed a uniquely effective style of therapy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, focusing on solutions that work with your current circumstances. I work with my clients to develop a treatment plan, with the understanding that my client is the most important person in their treatment. You know yourself better than anyone, and together we can create a roadmap of the best way to reach your therapeutic goals. I am here to support and empower you as you take the first steps towards your chosen goals.
