About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and seasoned therapist with extensive experience providing mental health services across diverse settings, including child welfare and educational settings. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a broad range of client populations. This has strengthened my ability to adapt my clinical approach to meet each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic style is engaging, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy. I value cultural responsiveness and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
I am skilled in building meaningful therapeutic relationships that I believe will transfer into a virtual environment. My goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build resilience so they can move toward greater emotional well-being and a more balanced, fulfilling life. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care through online therapy. I am committed to the highest ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
