Lori is very grounded and practical in her approach. Her experience is very broad and she is able to pull from many experiences to share personal perspectives for me.

Lori Brax does well to listen to what is being said and read in between the lines. She is skilled at knowing when there is a deeper situation that is bugging someone and helps guide you to bring to light the very thing that is bothering you and overcome it. She provides homework assignments that help you think and see from a different perspective and learn how to better approach things. I would recommend Lori Brax.

Lori has been great, she’s been able to identify my areas that needed work and offered several articles, books and audios to help me understand more about myself and what I need to focus on.

I give her credit for my current good mental stability
