Dr. Whatley is very helpful and is able to relate to a variety of difficult and challenging life situations. It is so nice to be able to confide with a therapist who is always so positive and can always find a positive and helpful approach when dealing with many issues that can be a struggle. Dr. Whatley's knowledge, experience and compassion makes her a huge asset in my life and I am

She has been so amazing. I’ve been dealing with some nasty people in my life and she has helped me realize that I don’t need these people. She is so sweet and caring and I’m so glad I was matched with her!

Dr. Whatley took her time listening to me and asked me questions that gave me new insight into situations. Sometimes it is difficult to see things objectively when emotions are involved and she would ask me for further information surrounding events and feelings. It made me more calm in my approach and helped me have more meaningful conversations with my husband. She is great to work with.

Lori has been instrumental in my personal success for the better part of the last year. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, having someone to talk to and work on different things is extremely important to me. Lori is a great listener, but will also push you to try new methods out of your comfort zone to handle anxiety and depression, which as been invaluable to me.

I started out on BetterHelp looking to improve a few areas of my life to then improve my overall happiness. I've had some significant changes in my life recently and have found Lori to be someone I can vent to, share my feelings with and receive understanding from. I never feel judged.
This has all been great but the best thing I've gotten out of my time with her is being productive about the things I'm unhappy with. Instead of just talking about it and feeling sorry for myself, we are actively planning solutions to fix issues. Actively brainstorming and taking steps to create the life I want for myself and to enjoy focusing on, and being me. To me, this has been one of the best things I've done and I highly recommend Lori.

She’s awesome. Gives me time to respond. She listens to me and responds with positive comments. She’s not the type to baby you and that’s what I like the most. She’s empathetic but doesn't dwell on it. She's very focused on the present and future. Helps with the past but moves at the pace that she thinks you can go. Lori is very very helpful in so many different areas.

Lori has been very compassionate and professional. She is responsive to my comments and questions. She also gives me space when I’m in a more “quiet mode”, although she will continue to send me messages to remind me she is there.

Lori is great! I feel really comfortable and could honestly speak about anything no matter how absurd, deep or complex. She is sympathetic, sensitive, non judgmental and really helpful in a practical way that gets results. This promotes change quickly.
She offers great insight and is heartfelt but offers you tools to implement into your life with ease, is continually there to support you through those changes and offer encouragement.
I have been able to implement her advice quickly and with the guidance and support needed to make a better life. I highly recommend Lori.
