About me

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Montana. I have a wide range of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Providence (formerly the University of Great Falls). My prior experience is three years and my expertise includes adults experiencing addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, and loss.

My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and integrated while tailored for the best needs of my client. My counseling style encompasses a warm, caring, and interactive environment. I ensure a non-judgmental and respectful atmosphere. My therapeutic approach consists of cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focused, healthy lifestyle, and psychoeducation.
