Lorri is a fantastic therapist and I would recommend her to anyone I know! She has taught me cognitive behavioral therapy methods that allow me to change negative thought patterns in real time. For me, two sessions with Lorri is worth about a million dollars in mental health relief.

Lorri is a great listener. She offers clarifying questions and helps me think through complicated issues so that I can learn more about myself and others. She is helping me discover myself. She has great strategies for thinking through tricky problems without coming up with the solution herself; rather she guides me to coming up with a solution that I will be happy with.
