Hello, my name is Lowell Wallace and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work in 2013 and went on to earn my LCSW in 2017. I am currently employed as a psychotherapist in an outpatient setting. I have expertise in working with individuals and families with co-occurring substance abuse and other counseling issues. I also have expertise in providing counseling to individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma, ADHD, and much more.
I utilize a client-centered approach and realize clients are the experts on their own lives. I work collaboratively with my clients in setting and reaching their goals that will ultimately benefit their lives. Some of my most used clinical approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I enjoy these approaches because it allows me to help my clients gain insight into their core beliefs and how these translate into their thoughts and ultimately their behavior. I believe everyone has inherent strengths and abilities to face and overcome adversity and become more empowered and all they need is some assistance to realize their solution lies within themselves.
I truly enjoy working with others and assisting them in becoming better version of themselves.

An amazing therapist who listens and who understands the best he can to find the core issues.
Lowell is great. He will actually send messages during the week hoping I'm having a good day.
So far, I appreciate Lowell's ability to listen and hear everything I am trying to express.
He has helped me heal from toxicity and has helped me work on boundaries and not over extending myself!
By far the best counselor/therapist I would recommend. He listens to you and provides ways for you to heal
Dr. Wallace is an incredibly kind, understand, and helpful person. He has experience in so many different areas and can fit most anyone's needs. I highly recommend him and he has helped me immensely.
He is amazing! Nonjudgmental, comforting, caring, everything you’d want in a counselor! I’d recommend him to anyone!
He is very easy to talk to. He makes the calls seem as if you are talking to a friend or family member.
I believe Mr. Wallace is quite a competent counselor. I'm really surprised how much I can relate to him and that helps a lot. He engages with me and makes me feel unique and important as well. He offers helpful and guiding worksheets as well as important advice in the sessions that comes from a place of both life experience and professional knowledge. I'm very grateful for his assistance in my time of need.
