Better help itself is already a outstanding source of therapie especially if you are like me and tend to be very bussy. You don't have to waste time finding someone that matches with Better help has your back.
I had the honor of being matched with Lynda Wright and I feel very lucky for that. She is a wonderful listener and is engaging in the conversation. I feel like she knows how to ask you the right questions to further your thought process and feelings. I like how stright forward she is but how she is kind in her delivery.

Lynda has been a huge help to me as I deal with a lot of life changes. I have a fear of talking on the phone so most of our sessions were live chat but she has made me feel comfortable enough now that we do phone sessions. She usually responds quickly to messages, which is great because I’m going through a lot and need feedback.
