Dr Jackson is very thoughtful and skilled with her techniques and recommendations. She starts by explaining the concepts of Cognitive Therapy and indeed emphasizes the importance of "putting yourself first". I appreciate all of our conversations and worksheets. The worksheets provide an honest self-reflection
