I absolutely love Dr. Jackson. She helps me put things in perspective in a kind and empathetic way!

Dr Jackson is very warm, personable and has a unqiue way of helping you discover your authentic self. I appreciate how she reminds me how important self-care is, and to prioritize myself. I have enjoyed our sessions, which stem from the worksheets she provides to learn more about me. I (like many of us) where many hats, and sometimes it gets overwhelming. One phrase that stands out for me, and I share with others, is "Put your oxygen mask on First". I am thankful for her insight and support toward my mental health journey

Dr. Jackson always helps me even when I don’t have much to say. She helps me see me and the real me. She’s honestly the best.
