I am trained in EMDR, am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a trained consultant and life coach. I enjoy helping individuals identify their strengths and build on those to pursue their goals using solution focused therapy techniques. I have experience working with individuals with post traumatic stress, anxiety, and panic disorders. I have experience providing consulting and coaching services to individuals and businesses looking to expand their offerings and pursue changes.
