About me
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, especially when relationships become complicated, family dynamics feel heavy, or you’re struggling to see yourself with the kindness you deserve. You don’t have to navigate those moments alone.
I’m passionate about helping people build healthier relationships both with the people they love and with themselves. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your relationships, understand how your past may be influencing your present, and work through difficult emotions like guilt, shame, forgiveness, and self-doubt with curiosity and compassion.
Whether you’re navigating a relationship transition, family conflict, caregiver burnout, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck and searching for purpose, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. I value your unique story, identity, and beliefs, and I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation, not a one-size-fits-all experience.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath the stress, pain, and expectations. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you build stronger relationships, deeper self-understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
