I have always found it exciting as a therapist to enter into a helping situation by
Understanding it, then Processing it, Exploring its intensity, then setting some goals to problem solve the issue(s).
I specialize in solution focused counseling and coaching, Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, reality orientation treatment, and here and now work.
I look forward to working with you if you enjoy a focused journey to solutions. I will offer a climate of non-judgement, respect, interest and acceptance in you as a thinker and problem solver in your life. I believe you have the answers they just need to be coaxed out and used. Great counselor. Takes the time u derstand you and your concerns. Has a great memory as to what you tell her and she uses that as a way to bridge your sessions together. Build on them.

Mari is great. She is spot on with her understanding of areas where I need help, even when she has to read between the lines. She wastes no time in giving me concrete steps to achieve my goals. She is also just nice to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.

Mari does a great job of making you feel comfortable. She also draws insight from our discussions and is very helpful.

Mari has been amazing. She has listened to me express not being afraid to work on the hard stuff and she has embraced that. I wish the sessions were a bit longer because 45 mins tends to cut into the heart of the issues and then done. Mari has been widely helpful cheering me on even outside of sessions... she is a blessing.

Mari is awesome! She listens and responds appropriately to what I’m concerned about.
