Maria is kind, compassionate, respectful and full of knowledge for what you are coming to her for. Each session always feels like I’m sitting with a trusted friend who has my best interest at heart and wants to see me succeed. I feel heard, seen, and understood. I love how proactive Maria was since day one, which was such a major change from past therapists I have worked with. I love the assignments she has given me to work on my ‘stuff’ and have found all of it benifical and life changing. As long as I continue to apply everything on a consistent bases.
