About me
As a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complex challenges, I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions. My approach is rooted in Christian values and a deep commitment to understanding each person's unique journey.
I focus on empowering clients to develop self-love, discover their life purpose, and heal from past experiences. My therapeutic work addresses a wide range of concerns, including social anxiety, panic disorders, posttraumatic stress, body image struggles, and mood-related challenges.
Drawing from evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed perspective, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and work towards personal growth.
