As a counselor, I strive to provide a supportive atmosphere to explore current issues that a client may be facing. The purpose of a counseling session is to address these issues in a positive way in efforts to reach the goals that a client has set for themselves. I look forward to working with you and providing support in any way that I can. "

I am enjoying working with Marisa. I can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients. I feel like she truly understands what I am going through. All therapy and worksheets are applicable to my situation.
Marisa is great. She gives great advice and listens which is very important.
Very understanding and kind
Marisa has been very supportive and responsive. It's helping to reinforce the idea for me that I can reach out for help and get it. I don't have to isolate when experiencing more difficult emotions. I'm not unique. I'm not alone. So, thanks!
My therapist Marisa Logsdon has been so amazing!! After my breakup with my ex fiancé and then the death of my grandmother I was really struggling a lot within myself. Trying to let go and move on from the heartbreak as well as heal from all the past trauma I have suffered. It’s been a journey and she has been so empathetic and understanding of where I am at emotionally and helps me be self aware and try to take each day at a time and see everything as a lesson. She has helped me so much in my healing and self love.
Marisa is wonderful she has been helping through a lot of hard stuff couldn’t do it with out her
she has a very good understanding of what i go through and what i feel. she always checks in and gives me advice on how to handle my thoughts better and i appreciate her talking me through my thoughts :)
Marisa is wonderful, so thankful for her. :)
Marisa is very helpful with her encouragement and tips regarding how to ease anxiety. She responds to my messages timely and checks up on me even though I haven’t written in my journal or messaged. This show for concern is what compels me to come back especially when I start to feel retreating and not respond. Thank you.
Marisa Logsdon has taken the time to listen to my concerns and problems, and has been extremely helpful.
She’s been very helpful. Great listener, and sympathetic.
She is supportive and mostly understanding which is something I really need on my journey to mental stability. She’s is assertive and kind. Offers tools to help in between sessions.
I’ve only been getting help for a few weeks, but already it is helping. Marisa has been a great fit for me and if I don’t message her within a few days she checks in with me.
Helping me get through a hard time. Thanks for the support!
Very supportive and I feel like I can openly discuss my past, my fears and my challenges. She is very easy to talk to and checks in on me when I need it the most.
