I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois, serving women who carry it all. The ones who hold everything together for everyone else. The high-functioning, the capable, the ones people lean on. The ones who rarely get asked how they are actually doing.
In my work, I support women navigating burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, relationship patterns, perfectionism, and the quiet exhaustion of being the strong one. Many of my clients are used to performing wellness long before they learn what it feels like to actually be well. Some are processing earlier wounds. Some are learning to have needs. Some are simply tired.
My approach is grounded, relational, and deeply human. I draw from attachment-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based frameworks, and I pay close attention to the stories women have inherited about who they are allowed to be. I do not believe healing requires you to prove anything, earn anything, or arrive polished. You get to come as you are.
You do not have to keep carrying it alone. You do not have to be in crisis to deserve support. And you do not have to have the words for it yet. That is part of what we build together.
