About me

I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK with 11 years experience, both in private practice and for charitable organisations. If you want to see my clinical approaches, please see the section
'' professional experience '' of my bio which very clearly lays out how i work.

As a therapist I have worked with a variety of issues including stress & anxiety, family conflicts, trauma & abuse. I am empathetic, non judgemental and supportive with strong listening skills. Additionally, I have helped clients work on issues relating to a lack of motivation, self esteem, self worth and confidence.

At the heart of how I work with my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in confidence without fear of judgment.

It takes sincere courage to claim your healing from past or ongoing issues or wounds and I am here to support & empower you on that journey towards personal change.

Additionally, i do offer the integration of Biblical Counsel which is reserved ONLY UPON REQUEST!! If you have any questions about anything, please do feel free to ask and i will be more than happy to respond to your questioning.

Mark has helped me with a lot and giving me good methods to deal with things. His understanding of my mindset and the way I work has been crucial. He’s giving me techniques and practises that are effective and I work on them in every day life!

Mark is someone who I can talk to and vent. He is very encouraging but I am unable to achieve a consistent change in my behavior to my addiction.

Mark has helped me answer questions I've never asked myself; he's patient, and will let you express yourself as long as you need to before weighing in. He responds in thought provoking ways and offers new perspectives that you have never thought of.

I started therapy not really knowing what to expect, and to be honest, slightly sceptical but at the same time, desperate for help. It took literally 5 minutes talking to Mark in my first session to feel totally at ease, knowing he was going to help. And I can say categorically he has, 100%. Very easy to talk to and he truly listens. He has helped me understand my situation and how I can help myself to become a who I need to be, and want to be. Highly recommend.
