About me

I am a Licensed Integrative Therapist in the UK with 11 years experience, both in private practice and for charitable organisations. If you want to see my clinical approaches, please see the section
'' professional experience '' of my bio which very clearly lays out how i work.

As a therapist I have worked with a variety of issues including stress & anxiety, family conflicts, trauma & abuse. I am empathetic, non judgemental and supportive with strong listening skills. Additionally, I have helped clients work on issues relating to a lack of motivation, self esteem, self worth and confidence.

At the heart of how I work with my clients is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in confidence without fear of judgment.

It takes sincere courage to claim your healing from past or ongoing issues or wounds and I am here to support & empower you on that journey towards personal change.

Additionally, i do offer the integration of Biblical Counsel which is reserved ONLY UPON REQUEST!! If you have any questions about anything, please do feel free to ask and i will be more than happy to respond to your questioning.

Thank you :)

Mark is considerate for the situation you’re facing or getting through. He is good at analysis and digging into things that are important and difficult to express or explain . I like his approach in dealing with little matters to big issues.

Mark is very attentive and really took the time to listen to me and provided me with encouraging and effective Biblical counsel to take comfort in and also move forward with.
I would highly recommend Mark and I'm very grateful for his time, encouragement and support.

Mark is awesome and the therapy helped me a lot. I like his very thoughtful choice of words. Helps me to improve my English as well and points out the value of words. I like this especially - beyond the obvious that he's a great person and awesome therapist.
