Sometimes life is hard. "Things fall apart, the center cannot hold," the poet tells us. But we do not have to go it alone.
My primary role is to come alongside you as you journey in the way of wellness. I really believe in the strength that is in you. And I believe that we can work together to leverage it toward your goals. I believe that you are unique and will relate to you accordingly.
I have been practicing counseling for 12 years in a variety of capacities and settings. My approach is collaborative, eclectic, and solution-focused. My style is calm and conversational. He’s awesome. Like an older brother.
Mark is an amazing person and such a great counselor. He helped me process through some really tough seasons with calm and rock solid support. He is down to earth and truly listens and pays attention to each word. Highly recommended!
Definitely great in terms of keeping in contact. He will periodically check in when it has been awhile, which is great as I tend to forget to check in on myself at times. He provides a variety of appointment times/days, and is understanding should I need to reschedule. He keeps the sessions going for a length that is just perfect (not too long, not too short) but always makes sure we cover anything I want to talk about. Super glad to have him on my journey to work on myself.
Mark is an amazing therapist. He listens so well and has such valuable insight on male and female perspectives and issues while also not passing judgment. I have only just begun, but he has already given me so many great takeaways to improve my relationships and situations. I am filled with gratitude, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
Talking to Mark feels like talking to an old friend. He is very relatable but also understanding of the uniqueness and complexity of my personal situation. His down to earth, conversational counseling style has helped me to strengthen my connections with others, but most importantly to reconnect with myself.
Mark is an amazing listener. He supplies insights into concerns and issues I didn't see. Talking with him has been beneficial for me and it's only been a couple weeks.
Mark is one of the best counselors I’ve had and I feel so lucky to have found him on BetterHelp. He’s great with keeping me mindful and aware of everything I need to be able to heal and be the most confident and clear I can be. I’m so thankful to be able to have someone like him to rely on during times of change and uncertainty. I would recommend him to anyone looking to truly learn to love themselves and heal through simple and consistent awareness and action.
Mark is the best therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is committed, patient, compassionate and always prioritizes my needs. He is supportive of my growth and healing and has helped me to develop skills I need in order to navigate my bipolar depression. I will forever be grateful to him and his dedication.
Thank you Mark.
Mark is great! My first meeting with him went awesome and I immediately felt comfortable and safe. I highly recommend therapy with him!
I've only had one session with Mark. That session was incredibly insightful and he really addressed my major concerns. It was nice talking to someone who kept it things casual and an environment to open up. I'm excited to continue counseling with him and getting my mental health back on track.
Mark is attentive to my needs and is considerate. Also has good points to consider and is very relatable. I am happy to have him as my counselor!
Mark was really, really helpful and understanding. He helped me get better much more quickly than I think I would have alone, and really knows what he's talking about.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering therapy with BetterHelp!
Mark has given me the tools to refresh my soul! I feel like myself again and I am ready to conquer the world.
Sometimes in life I have found that you need help; hard to do in your hometown and you do not want to burden your friends with all the things you are trying to process. You need to reach out and start to articulate where you are now. This has been hard for me during everything that is going on because the last thing I wanted to do was talk about it or put it into words but I am slowly feeling like this is a very valuable process and I am grateful my daughter helped me find this outlet and great resource. It is never easy but becomes easier as you reach out.
