About me

I am an individual /group therapist licensed in Illinois with over 17 years of experience working as a therapist and crisis worker in the Chicago area. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family issues and veteran issues. I also helped many people who have experience trauma and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity and empowering my clients to become their own therapist. My approach combines mindfulness therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma focused therapy, existential therapy and internal family systems.
