I can’t emphasize how grateful I am to have Mark as my therapist for my mental health journey. He’s been a rock through it all. Very attentive and considerate. On numerous occasion, have been able to provide insight on subjects that I was unaware of and able to help me navigate through many difficult emotions. Mark is very responsive and understanding. Occasionally, I will revert to my ways of isolation but he’s able to reengage me in a subtle way. Doesn’t force engagement but offers reassurance that he’s accessible if needed. I feel Mark is true and genuine about my wellbeing. I understand that there are complicated dynamics between the user and therapist so not everyone is a good “fit” for everyone but would urge those searching for a therapist to contact Mark.

Mark has been very helpful through a traumatic experience and then afterward I’m continuing with him to be more proactive in my mental health and life management. I would highly recommend Mark as he is able to flex to a variety of situations and mental health needs.

When I first signed up I had doubts. I wasn't afraid to meet him for the first time because I felt that if it did not go well, I would make sure to never see him again. Within 5 minutes, he had me. He was kind, and his energy radiates a genuine and comforting approach to how he handles each interaction. I did realize how much talking to someone outside of your direct universe could be so helpful. I am really thankful for Mark, and his insights. I still have a ton of work to do, but working with him helps me see how worth this all is.

Mark is an incredibly thoughtful, incisive therapist. He really knows how to help one get a hold of their feelings, even through the hard times, to help you stay in control of yourself and your life.
He’s also an exceptional counsel. He’s given me situational advice that has greatly improved my life in a material sense. Can’t recommend him enough.

Mark is a great therapist he doesn't just listen he actively comes up with a plan and different perspectives that help you look at the situation as a whole not just a yes man on your point of view

So far, I’m feeling a noticeable difference in my behavior and coping from working with Mark. I’m trying to dial in on what my core conflicts are, and he’s helping me unpack them and assess them week by week. This was my first time doing therapy of any form, Mark has been so understanding and kind to me through the process. I like that he offers me solutions to problems and does not just sit and listen to me ramble.
