It takes courage to take the first step toward the life where you are successful and thriving! I appreciate you taking the time to understand my background. I cannot say enough great things about Marshella! She really helped me work through a rough time involving anxiety brought on by a toxic relationship. I looked forward to speaking with her weekly, as it was like talking to a non-judgemental good friend. She posed thought provoking good questions, and sent me helpful worksheets to help me work through things in my own time.

I can’t say enough great things about Marshella. I started working with her when I noticed that anxiety and depression were beginning to control my life and she really worked with me to sort through my emotions. She helped me learn how to handle myself in situations where I might feel overwhelmed and how to recenter my thoughts. She is so sweet and gentle and is always interested in everything that I want to talk about. And that says a lot because I get off topic A LOT. She is always good about getting back to the root of the conversation. 10/10 for Marshella! Thank you for helping me!
