She is AMAZING. She listens. She asks open ended questions. She remembers what we’ve previously discussed which makes me feel valued. I never feel like “just a patient” She makes me feel comfortable to open up!

Marshella is a great fit as my therapist. Listens well and asks questions as a reflection and homework. Taps into areas of life I have not thought that may contribute to my understanding of who I am. The homework she provides has greatly benefited me!

I've only had a few meetings with Marshella but I really really enjoy working with her. When talking to her, she feels so professional while also feeling like chatting with a friend. She genuinely listens, asks lots of questions for clarity, checks in on you in between meetings, and gives very constructive feedback. I have also enjoyed the homework assignments so far that she has given me. I look forward to seeing the positive changes and healing she helps me to achieve in the future.

Marshella is a true gem. The impact she has left in my life will be something I remember. She listens and asks applicable follow up questions and really helps dig deeper than the surface. The strategies she suggests are thought out. When I tell stories or share experiences, you can tell she remembers every detail. I appreciate the times she’d check on me in between our meetings. She’d message me at least once every weekend. That’s something about her that stood out to me — which is that she truly cares. If you’re willing to help yourself, just know Marshella will be there to help catapult you even further to be the best version of yourself.

I can’t say enough great things about Marshella. I started working with her when I noticed that anxiety and depression were beginning to control my life and she really worked with me to sort through my emotions. She helped me learn how to handle myself in situations where I might feel overwhelmed and how to recenter my thoughts. She is so sweet and gentle and is always interested in everything that I want to talk about. And that says a lot because I get off topic A LOT. She is always good about getting back to the root of the conversation. 10/10 for Marshella! Thank you for helping me!
