About me

I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and concerns. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and career transitions. My practice focuses on communication difficulties, isolation, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress, divorce, financial concerns, workplace issues, and experiences of prejudice and discrimination.

I'm particularly committed to supporting women and men, LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I bring a multicultural lens to my work, honoring each person's unique identity, values, and lived experience—including those with Christian faith perspectives and those who are non-religious.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're facing a specific life challenge or seeking personal growth and coaching support, I'm here to provide steady, compassionate guidance.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
