About me

I am licensed in Texas and California with 19 years of clinical work experience. I have assisted clients with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. When I am not helping others I enjoy gardening, skiing, traveling, cooking, music, exploring new cultures, reading, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.

coming back to this app was a little skeptical for me based off my previous experience, but that has completely changed since being connected with Martina. She understands my needs and knows exactly how to respond to me in order for me to fully understand and process the things that I need to work on within myself. I have never felt so comfortable with a therapist as I do now. I am truly grateful to have her as my therapist and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking someone with such great experience as hers.

Martina’s cutting edge is her ability to communicate. She’s empathetic yet detached, still alert and responsive, so I feel safe in conversation with her. Being well versed in trauma informed therapy, sharing the tools that make my life feel stable again, she warmly reminds me to lighten up.
