I like Marys’ input and insight. I like her approach to her therapy. She honestly reminds me of my mother and her friends. Caring advice, with the encouragement to think through the variables. And balance the emotions of the situation with the logic of the overall. That’s how I think and she basically coaches me through it.

Mary is most kind and easy to relate to. She is very open minded and made me feel comfortable breeching subjects that are delicate so that I do not feel embarrassed or ashamed, that is important to me as I have discovered that my issues are more complex than Irealized and I had to dig deep at certain times during our discussions to help her help me. I am glad to have found her!

I love every session I have with Mary. She has opened me up and had me thinking outside of the box and I really needed her in my life. My husband is also benefiting from her as well and it's helping our relationship.
