About me

Hello and thank you for reading my profile. We live in a complicated world. Experiencing feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and stress is not unusual as we manage our lives. Individuals often face grief, marital discord, divorce, chronic illness, employment crisis, caregiver stress, and substance use either personally or with loved ones. Sometimes these events happen suddenly. In other cases, these stressors have been happening for years. Such events can result in unhappiness and disappointment that is difficult to explain.
Talking with a compassionate and mindful professional can assist in developing insight to problems I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Supervisor, and National Certified Counselor. I have provided psychotherapy to adults, families, and children for more than 25 years. Currently, my specialty is psychotherapy with adults
I understand that people experience problems differently. Treatment is most effective when individualized for each client. The therapist and client create a trusting partnership to identify client goals. Together, they develop strategies to achieve these objectives. I work with the Integrative Counseling modality as it supports the necessary flexibility for individualized treatment Your decision to seek counseling is courageous. Such a choice is often difficult. I would welcome the privilege to work in partnership with you. Whatever your decision, I wish you the best in your journey of self-discovery and growth.

5-Star Review: A Life-Changing Experience

Working with Mary has been one of the most impactful and healing experiences of my life. From our very first session, they created a space that felt safe, judgment-free, and genuinely supportive. I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for years, and for the first time, I feel like I’m making real, lasting progress.
She brings a rare combination of empathy, insight, and professionalism to every session. I always leave feeling understood and equipped with practical tools to navigate my challenges. Whether it's helping me reframe unhelpful thoughts or guiding me through intense emotional periods, their approach is thoughtful, grounded, and truly effective.

What stands out most is Mary's ability to meet me where I’m at — never pushing too hard, but always helping me move forward. Thanks to their care and expertise, I’m regaining a sense of stability, confidence, and hope for the future.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found her, and I would recommend Mary without hesitation to anyone seeking support for anxiety, depression, or any mental health struggle. This has been more than therapy — it’s been a turning point.
