About me

Hello and thank you for reading my profile. We live in a complicated world. Experiencing feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and stress is not unusual as we manage our lives. Individuals often face grief, marital discord, divorce, chronic illness, employment crisis, caregiver stress, and substance use either personally or with loved ones. Sometimes these events happen suddenly. In other cases, these stressors have been happening for years. Such events can result in unhappiness and disappointment that is difficult to explain.
Talking with a compassionate and mindful professional can assist in developing insight to problems I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Supervisor, and National Certified Counselor. I have provided psychotherapy to adults, families, and children for more than 25 years. Currently, my specialty is psychotherapy with adults
I understand that people experience problems differently. Treatment is most effective when individualized for each client. The therapist and client create a trusting partnership to identify client goals. Together, they develop strategies to achieve these objectives. I work with the Integrative Counseling modality as it supports the necessary flexibility for individualized treatment Your decision to seek counseling is courageous. Such a choice is often difficult. I would welcome the privilege to work in partnership with you. Whatever your decision, I wish you the best in your journey of self-discovery and growth.
