Dr Inzerillo is amazing and empathetic. She is very helpful and shows that she really cares about her patients. I’m very lucky to have found her. She’s wonderfully supportive and I have recommended her and the BetterHelp app to friends.

Mary Louise has been a wonderful counselor. More than anything else, she has the ability to communicate in a way suitable to your understanding. Whether it be articulating scholarly concepts or layman’s terms, she is committed to unlocking the barriers that keep you locked. I wholeheartedly recommend Mary Louise, as she provides pertinent anecdotes and joyful insights. Between sessions, she always has ways to guide you down paths of self-reflection, to ensure you keep the brain engaged on the conversation you had.

She is a wonderful confidant and has a very open mind. Her curiosity is infectious and will lead you to ask better questions of yourself.

Mary Lou completely blew my expectations for therapy out of the water. She was always calm, understanding and offered her best evaluation and advice without being overbearing or critical. 10/10 would recommend!

Mary Louise is very comforting to talk to. I was really scared to talk to a stranger and get really anxious with phone calls but she convinced me to be able to talk to her on the phone within the first chat session. She talks about her experiences and her life with you and it’s almost like talking to a friend. I don’t feel judged at all when I talked to her. Def would recommend!

Mary Lou is an amazing counselor. I instantly knew she would be a very comforting soul when I opened up about my anxieties. She seemed to understand and connect more personally than other counselors I’ve had in the past. She was able to give my negative thoughts an outside perspective and encourage me to see things in a better light.

Every time we talked I felt as if I was talking to one of my best friends. She has given me a new, positive outlook on life. I wouldn’t have been able to get through this journey without her. I am beyond thankful for everything Mary has helped me overcome. She is a blessing in disguise

Mary Louise has been a great Counselor for me. Obviously the connection you have with your counselor is paramount, but also very personal . For me Mary Louise, has been a breath of fresh air - she respects and sees me for who I am, and is hyper sensitive that she doesn't push her personal biases on me.

She is great. She listens and offers help where it’s needed. Doesn’t try to do to much with the situation but helps in every way possible. Thank you.

I didn’t get a lot of time with Mary Louise due to my own financial issues... the time that I did have with her was amazing and eye opening. I was able to feel a connection immediately and felt like I could be completely open from our first session. I highly recommend her as a counselor! Without a doubt.

Written by S.T. on Oct 05, 2020 after counseling with Mary Louise for 2 weeks on issues concerning relationship issues, family conflicts, and coping with life changes

Mary Louise is amazing. Here compassion coupled with understanding and not trying to anticipate what is needed. She listens and offers solutions not tells you what to do. Let's you figure out for yourself what is best but never lets you face the challenge alone. I feel supported and encouraged and like I have someone walking with me instead of being a drill sergeant telling me.
