Using a psychodynamic approach, I specialize in Stress-Related conditions such as Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction, Grief, and Depression. Together, we can tackle these problems. By using tried and true therapeutic techniques like, Relaxation Therapy, Solution –Focused Therapy, CBT, REBT, Narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more. My name is Dr. Mary Louise Inzerillo. Please feel free to call me. Mary Lou. I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have an PhD in Clinical Counseling . I am a seasoned professional who has worked in the field of Mental Health and Addiction for over 25 years (code for I am not a kid). My Work has taught me; we, all have a “Purpose” to fill and gifts to share. Life has taught me, we must focus on what is right in front of us first recognizing what that Purpose is.
I communicate with my clients online or by phone in the early afternoon or evening's I check my emails throughout the day. Please feel free to know that what you say to me stays with me. If you are new to therapy or have been in therapy before and have, questions please feel free to ask me about my work. I am psychodynamic in my approach, which means I utilize the teachings of various theorists to address various issues in our counseling sessions. I am eclectic but Ellis in orientation with a focus on emotional responses and behavior patterns as well as Trauma and irrational thinking. I will provide you the support and encouragement you need to address these problems and resolve them. Can you tell me a little more about yourself and your situation? The more I know the better.
