Rev. Redding has been a wonderful counselor. She is well informed, listens to my concerns, and provides honest and productive feedback.
Rev. Redding is phenomenal! She is passionate about her job, she is caring, and genuine. I look forward to my sessions with her weekly. I also love the assignments she gives me
I’ve only been with Rev. Redding a couple days and it has been great so far.
Rev. Redding listens very well and is extremely solutions-oriented. She is sincere and kindly holds me accountable.
She’s a blessing from God. She has truly helped me in all of my situations and trials of life!
Rev. Redding is awesome, her presence alone is calming.
Rev. Redding has offered great ways to combat the anxiety issues I was feeling. I know she talks to many people in a day or in a week but I never feel like it. She remembers right where we left off and even checks in between our virtual visits. Great experience working with Rev. Mary.
Rev. Redding is a wonderful counselor! She listens & hears me clearly - she can see through the mask when other therapists could not. I highly recommend her!
She grasped the problem I was having with my adult daughter quickly and offered an obvious observation that I hadn't been able to see. It was exactly the way I felt. Then she gave me examples of ways I could reply that would steer the conversation in a more productive direction.
Rev Redding is amazing
Rev. Redding is absolutely wonderful. I initially sought therapy for help with depression and anxiety. She is extremely skilled in helping me work through life issues. She has counseled me for the past four weeks and she is an absolute God-send. Thank you Mary for believing in me when I’ve found it hard to believe in myself. If you are seeking an excellent counselor with compassion and understanding, Rev. Redding is definitely the one for you!
She seems to be very understanding and caring I enjoy the opportunity to speak with her
I think Rev. Redding is an experienced professional who gives calming and soothing advice. She is wonderful at listening and also piecing together the things that perhaps I don’t know how to put into words.
Rev. Redding is an incredible counsellor, but an even greater person. She immediately made me feel comfortable opening up and working with her, and was always so kind and understanding - with each of our sessions I felt more and more enlightened, and she truly helped me in working through some issues that I hadn’t been able to work through for years. I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you so much again for everything Rev. Redding!!!
Rev. Redding is the most kind counselor I've ever had. I've had many counselors in my life and they all have made me feel like my trauma was my fault. But Rev. Redding listens to my concerns and my stories and sympathizes with me which is refreshing. She gives the best advice and she has shown me ways to overcome my toxic thought patterns. I highly recommend Better Help and Rev. Redding to anyone who is seeking change in their life!!
