Life can be hard sometimes. I am here to listen and navigate rough waters with you. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Hawai'i as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 18 years of collective experience in providing a safe space for therapy and mental health services in various capacities (school, hospital, substance abuse treatment facility, home). I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety and trauma.
