Greetings! I’m Matthew, a UK-credentialed professional. I work to create a relaxed, safe space where my client can feel supported and free to share their issues confidentially, without judgement. I like to work in a collaborative way, supporting my client’s journey of self-discovery, identifying the source of their issues and developing strategies to manage them. I have experience supporting individuals from various backgrounds, undergoing various life challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, parenting issues, a lack of motivation and self-esteem, exploring life’s purpose and identity. I recognise that stepping into therapy, can feel quite daunting, it requires courage and can feel like a step into the unknown. I would like to assure you that, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way. I draw from life experience and therapeutic techniques, to enhance my therapeutic practice. I work to support my clients through their challenging situations, enabling them to unpack and process their issues. Together a harmonious space is created, encouraging self-reflection, growth and a deeper level of understanding.

The opportunity to be seen, heard, mirrored back, and individuated has brought me a sense of relief and literally the ability to breathe more fully into my sense of being. These are not just words or tropes, they are physical manifestations of the therapeutic benefits of finding a GOOD therapist. Thank you Matthew.

Matthew is an excellent listener...it became apparent to both of us that initially, I just needed to get everything out that I had been keeping in for years.
Matthew just listened and made notes as I was speaking in order to be able to deal with issues when I was ready to do the listening.
He is really helping me.
He has a very calm and professional manner.
I requested a therapist who would also include God / Prayer and a spiritual aspect and this is incorporated very well in the sessions.
I am very happy with the therapist I have been paired with.
I would highly recommend Matthew and I am very grateful for his help so far.

I came to therapy at a really difficult moment, my relationships with my wife and my mother were tangled, painful, and felt almost impossible to navigate. After three sessions, Matthew helped me make sense of things I’d been carrying for yearssssss.
He didn’t just focus on fixing the surface-level issues, he helped me understand myself better: what I want, what I value, and how I relate to the people closest to me.
I won’t say everything is magically perfect now, but I feel so much lighter, clearer, and more grounded than I did before. I actually feel hopeful and, dare I say, almost great about it all (still a work in progress—but such a shift!).
I'm incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to anyone facing complicated family dynamics.

Working with Matthew has been very good for my mental health. He is very easy to speak to and I have no problem opening up to him about very private/personal issues, knowing that I have the trust and confidence in his ability to help me work thru these issues.

Matt does a great job creating a non judgemental and understanding space. He listens, makes me think more (which I like) and helps organise and connect thoughts.
Really glad he is my therapist

I started therapy a couple of months ago, and I can confidently say that Matt is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. He’s always honest with me, and he delivers it in a way that feels supportive. What I appreciate most is how he gives me a balanced view—never pushing me one way or another, just laying out the pros and cons so I can figure things out for myself. He’s steady, thoughtful, and really listens. Couldn’t ask for more in a therapist.

One of the beat therapists I have encountered. His methods are very useful to me, and they help me out a-lot. He is the type that truly listen's and analyzes the situation and his sessions run like a friendly conversation, and by the end you come up with the conclusion/solution to an issue yourself but with his assistance

Class personified. That would sum up my experience with Matthew. I have found his perspective and presence in my healing journey and unpacking trauma to being so priceless.
Legendary perspective, delivered with an efficient and straight to the point manner. There is always space to unpack things, and get lead into great aha moments.
Looking forward to the next few months of therapy with Matthew.
