Best therapist I ever encountered. He listens and gives great tools and advice. He really helps see situations from other perspective.

Matthew has been amazing to work with. He genuinely cares and works on things weekly/gives me homework. He challenges me and I appreciate that as other therapists in the past have simply listened and not really pushed or assigned anything with sessions being more venting than progressing. Highly recommend!

Matthew has helped me a lot over the years. Really disappointed that we can no longer work together, but wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Matthew has been a solid resource and a great outsider perspective on a variety of topics and concerns. He has provided meaningful input and advice on challenging situations, plus resources to dig deeper into coping strategies. Matthew’s approach has been comfortable and patient, but he is not afraid to bring up thought-provoking questions when necessary. His suggestions have helped me improve toward meeting my goals, and he has made some eye-opening observations from unexpected angles that called my attention to things I was doing which were contributing to some problems. I enjoy my sessions with Matthew.
