Maudeline Clervoix-Frank, LCMHC
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in the state of North Carolina, with four years of professional counseling experience. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings and had the privilege of supporting individuals from Afro-Caribbean communities as well as other minority groups. This multicultural experience has strengthened my ability to approach counseling with cultural humility, respect, and sensitivity to each client’s unique background and worldview. As part of my professional training, I am EMDR-trained and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, which equips me to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, addiction, and challenges related to life transitions, specifically those aged 16 and above. My integrative approach emphasizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where clients feel both understood and empowered. I believe in tailoring our dialogue and treatment plan to your unique needs and goals, ensuring that therapy is meaningful and relevant to your life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the inner strength and resilience to create change. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I honor that step by walking alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and fulfillment.
