I am so glad that I found Maya during one of the darkest seasons of my life. She truly cares about her clients and provides a safe space to work through life’s issues. Working with Maya proved to be so helpful and she guided me through my healing journey. Her advice was always so simple yet profound, making it really easy to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The use of the goal panel, worksheets, and articles she sends allowed for a variety of ways to find inner peace and success. Highly, highly recommend Maya Neal to anyone struggling with their mental health.

I’m so thankful I found Maya - I love her approach to therapy in that it’s more than just the traditional approach of listening & responding. Instead she offers a vast area of healing the whole self. I love that in between appointments she gives worksheets & things to do to continue therapy work in between sessions. Would highly recommend Maya!
