About me

My name is Megan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. I have over 9 years’ experience working as a mental health and behavioral therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anger management, emotional regulation, anxiety, workplace stressors, family conflict, stress management, mental health disorders, communication improvement, and self-esteem. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma and/or emotional abuse. I currently work in a hospital setting which has provided me the experience working with a wide array of populations.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused therapy, and person-centered. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. As your therapist, my job is to listen to your feelings, concerns and stressors. Not only will I listen, but I will actively collaborate with you to help you determine the changes that will lead to you feeling more fulfilled and happy. I also am here to empower you to set goals and learn how to better cope, heal, and grow as an individual. I hope you find me to be relatable, non-judgmental, and helpful.
