Megan makes sessions feel so low pressure and comfortable so that the uncomfy stuff is so much easier to unravel. I appreciate her metaphors and her way of calling out things that I wouldn’t know/notice on my own or from just talking to a friend. Very knowledgeable and brings up what is psychologically happening. I feel confident going into each week after our sessions. Recommend her for sure.
