I cannot say or even express into words how amazing Meghan has been throughout my journey of counseling and self-care. She has helped me identify and clarify my main concerns and areas for improvement, and given me the strength, resources, and tools I need to find myself & happiness again. Meghan is very easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable, almost making me seem as though it was a weekly catch up with a friend but always remaining very professional. She is very compassionate, understanding, caring, responsive and encouraging. She always helps me find realistic goals and was very adaptive to my needs, likes, and dislikes. She always gave me recommended readings and/or suggestions of things to work on in between sessions (as I requested) and held me accountable without judgment or making me feel bad if I didn’t have time. Meghan is one of a kind and has helped me gain strength and learn the necessary tools to manage and handle anything that life may bring.

Meghan seems to understand that it’s not her just telling me what to do, but we work together to achieve a goal that is both what I want and what she believes needs to happen to achieve the best outcome. She’s friendly and smart and has helped me think through a lot of hard stuff! I highly recommend her.

Meghan is really wonderful and supportive. She has made me feel very comfortable talking about my issues and helps me come up with realistic ways to get through them. It never feels like she is trying to come up with a magic solution to end all my suffering, but is trying to equip me with the tools I need to handle the new problems that will inevitably appear in life.

Meghan has been such an incredible counselor. She listens, offers a variety of solutions, & is always available, even outside of our “scheduled” time. She is very professional, always focused on me & what I have to say, and has been a guiding light during my transitional phase. I could not recommend her enough!
