About me

Thank you for taking the time to view my bio! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio and have been practicing since 2004. I worked in the college setting beginning in 2004, working with both traditional college age students as well as adult students. I have been working in the online sector of therapy exclusively, since November 2017 doing individual counseling.

My therapeutic work centers on helping clients develop self-love, improve communication, and navigate challenging life transitions. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their deepest concerns—from social anxiety and workplace stress to intimate relationship challenges and personal identity.

My approach is compassionate and tailored to each client's unique journey. I specialize in addressing a wide range of emotional experiences, including depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and personal growth.

My goal is to empower you to discover your inner strength, build resilience, and create meaningful, positive change in your life. Together, we'll work collaboratively to help you develop effective coping strategies and move toward greater emotional well-being. I hope that I can be a good fit for you and look forward to working with you through this process!

Meghan is so easy to talk with. She is understanding and empathetic. She also challenges me to make decisions that are geared toward my improvement and at seventy yrs old I really wasn’t convinced that I could change my way of thinking. I feel blessed to have found her.
