Dr Melissa Brunson has helped me so much in such a short time. She is very easy to talk to, gives great advice, and implements tools into my lesson plan to help me better understand how to deal with my issues or struggles. This has helped me achieve my goals and even aided in fixing some family bonds that had been broken. I’ve heard that healthy boundaries are important, but discussing it with your counselor and knowing they were going to hold you accountable and ask about it the next week, really gave me the strength I needed to keep those healthy boundaries in place. 10 out of 10, I have and will continue to recommend Melissa Brunson and the BetterHelp App to others.
