Melissa is awesome. I am going through a hard time and a lot on my plate. Not only does she answer emails in a decent amount of time we have also had phone call session and she just let's me talk about what I need to at that time. I like that fact that she wants to know when something changes in my life as well. I feel like she genuinely cares about my well being and the problems I am facing.
