Melissa Harris is the best therapist I've ever had. She has realistic solutions and strategies for me, and adapts well to my needs.

I’m so thankful for Melissa and her kind, caring yet honest feedback. I don’t want a therapist who is simply going to sugarcoat everything or tell me what they think I want to hear. I need someone that will give it to me straight in a caring way, and she always hits the mark. I know that sessions with her are a safe place and I know she truly wants to see me succeed and grow. She often believes in me or identifies positive traits in me before I believe or see them in myself. She is a true partner on this journey to better myself for me and my family. I’m eternally grateful for her and all the ways she’s supported me and helped me through very stressful times in various parts of my life. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone, and I’m so thankful I was matched with her on the first try!

I am extremely grateful for the support and guidance of Melissa. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with all my traumas and finding ways to heal and improve myself consistently. She also respects my religion and is educated on incorporating that into my healing process as well. Couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Extremely grateful for her!

I have only had a couple of sessions so far with Melissa. So far she has helped me so much in a short time that I have been with her. She has taken the time to get to know me and understand me. I love that I can message her any time and she gets back to me. There is allot to unpack but I'm very hopeful with her help I will be able to work through my childhood trauma. Also she is helping me understand what my Neurodivergent is and is helping me understand myself. It took me time to find a great therapist on Betterhelp. I am so glad to have found Melissa.
