I started with Melissa due to extreme health induced anxiety. Melissa absolutely changed the game for me and helped bring me right back down to earth in the most caring way. I could not have done it without her help- she is so caring, thoughtful and beyond intelligent! Now that my health is in a better place, I am still absolutely loving therapy with Melissa and feel so comfortable chatting with her- I look forward to it every week! I would 100% recommend Melissa and BetterHelp!

I’m so thankful for Melissa and her kind, caring yet honest feedback. I don’t want a therapist who is simply going to sugarcoat everything or tell me what they think I want to hear. I need someone that will give it to me straight in a caring way, and she always hits the mark. I know that sessions with her are a safe place and I know she truly wants to see me succeed and grow. She often believes in me or identifies positive traits in me before I believe or see them in myself. She is a true partner on this journey to better myself for me and my family. I’m eternally grateful for her and all the ways she’s supported me and helped me through very stressful times in various parts of my life. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone, and I’m so thankful I was matched with her on the first try!
