Melissa Reighn, LPC, LMHC
About me
I have my bachelor's in social work and earned my master's degree in mental health counseling in 2013. I have most of my experience in substance abuse treatment as well as grief, trauma, suicide prevention, and mood and anxiety disorders. I love being able to provide a listening ear and helping others find their way to a life that is more in alignment with their goals/desires and values.
I approach therapy from a holistic standpoint and like to focus on all areas of an individual’s life. Though the focus for the session may be more centered on a specific topic, this can connect to multiple concerns a person has and improve ones overall life. We can work on this together.
I work best with clients who strive for connection and growth. With each session a client usually comes away with new understanding about their situation. And if we can add a little humor to help process things, then all the more help with moving towards your life goals and dreams.
Life can be really tough and carrying that weight alone can be exhausting. I am here to help life some of that weight, so hopefully you can get some relief and be able to have the life you dream about. I also do life coaching through the Law Of Attraction.

Melissa asks pertinent question. I am an incessant talker and even with that, our sessions flow smoothly. She takes great notes and connects each session
