About me

Welcome! I appreciate you taking the time to read my profile. My name is Michelle Ronan, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in many different clinical settings over the years and currently I work in my private practice which is located in Florida. No matter what the setting, my overarching goal is to provide a place that is warm and supportive where you can feel comfortable enough to express your thoughts without fear of judgment. Your goals are always my top priority. I have 19 years of experience working with individuals(adult), couples and families. My areas of expertise include trauma, mood issues, relationship issues, addictions, and self-esteem issues.

My approach to therapy is eclectic and I frequently utilize evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. Everyone is wonderfully unique and different people require different approaches.

I know it takes courage to reach out. Please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here and ready to support you through your counseling journey when you are ready. I look forward to connecting!
